End User Support Engineer (EUS)
Requirements :
• D3 degree or above
• Strong knowledge of Operating System
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (specialis Ms. Office 2007)
• Experienced in Hardware & Software, Network Computers troubleshooting
• Good command in English, written or oral are advantages
• Backup Hardware & Backup Management Software
• Having strong analytical, troubleshooting skill & fast learner
• High energy and motivation
• Able to work in team player and Independence skill, discipline
• High energy and motivation
• Able to work in under-pressure condition
• Willing to travel
