Due to our continued growth and the demand for our services we require the following personnel:

1. Mine Planner - HO
Responsibilities:

* Pit optimization.
* Pit design and reserved.
* Prepare life of mine plan.
* Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
* Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in Mine Planning.
* Capability to operating MineScape open cut.
* Prepared to work in remote areas.
* Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.

2. Senior Geologist
Responsibilities:

* Proven management of a small specialist team of geologist.
* Able to organize geological exploration teams.
* Capable of holding meetings and presentations in English.
* Able to prepare technical reports in English.
* Maintaining time line and program for exploration programs.
* Preparation of resource reports.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
* Geologist with minimum 10 (ten) years experience in coal mining exploration, engineering and consulting.
* Highly skill in geological interpretation, resources and reserves estimation.
* Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
* Excellent use of MineScape Stratmodel.
* Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
* Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
* Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
* Strong leadership and team building skills.

These above positions (1, 2) will be based in Jakarta, Position (1) is initially a 12 months a temporary position, but may become a permanent position depending on performance. Position (2) is a permanent position.

3. HR Supervisor
Responsibilities:

* Assist the Human Resource Manager to manage HRD function at Britmindo.
* Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
* Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
* Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
* Implement corporate human resources policies and procedures from corporate HR Department.
* Review and develop specific human resources policies and procedures for site.
* Providing corporate HR Department with appropriate human resources report.
* Assisting Human Resource Manager in recruiting and maintaining high qualified people.

Qualifications:

* S1 law or social science.
* Tertiary qualification in appropriate field.
* Previous experience in a similar role minimum 5 years in mining HR.
* Preferred experience in Mining recruitment.
* Good knowledge of Indonesian HR laws.
* Open and honest communication.
* Good communication, written-verbal, both in English and Bahasa.

This above position (3) will be based in Jakarta but occasional travel to sites will be required, this is a permanent position and Competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.

4. Mine Planner – Site
Responsibilities:

* Prepare short and long term mine plan (production and project).
* Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required.
* Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
* Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Qualifications:

* Graduate Mining Engineer.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning.
* Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software.
* Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine.
* Prepared to work in remote areas.
* Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
* Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.

5. Senior Mining Engineer
Responsibilities:

* Supporting Various mine Sites ,and HO with short and long term mine planning/scheduling & design functions.
* Checking geological models as provided by clients.
* Contributing technical expertise to new project evaluations.
* Developing and delivering training programs in the various mine planning software packages.
* Supervising and Providing coaching to junior engineers both in Jakarta and Britmindo site.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree of mining Engineering.
* Minimum of 6 (six) years experience in coal mine engineering projects in areas such as mine design scheduling and planning as well as operational/fields experience.
* Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian.
* General computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access.
* Able to operated Minescape, Xpac and Talpac software.
* Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
* Strong leadership, initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus and be result driven.
* Strong commitment to safety.
* Experience in geological modeling.

These above positions (4, 5) will be based in Tarakan but occasional travel to sites will be required, these are permanent position and Competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.

6. Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:

* Coordinate all mine planning and Project Operations.
* Liaison with contractors.
* Implementation of mine plan.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
* Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in mining.
* Have capability in mine planning (short and long term).
* Have capability in mine plan scheduler.
* Capability to operate MineScape software.
* Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
* Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
* Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian.
* Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
* Strong commitment to safety.
* Strong leadership and team building skills.

7. Mine Surveyor

Responsibilities:

* Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation.
* Understand topographical surveys of Greenfield and productions coal mines.
* Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs.
* Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings.
* Preparation of plans from field surveys.
* Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Qualifications:

* Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
* Having minimum within 1-2 years experience on mining industry.
* Able to operated surfac and minescape software.
* Able to communicate in English.
* Willing to work at mine site, and remote area.
* Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.

These above positions (6, 7) will be based in South Kalimantan. These are permanent position and Competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate. Position (7) is initially a 12 months a temporary positions.
