We are in search of qualified personnel to the following position:

HRD Manager

Requirements:
1. Female
2. Must have a bachelor degree in Psychology or equivalent
3. Have at least 2 years of working experience
4. Applicants must be willing to be located in Madiun (Jawa Timur)
5. Full time positions available
6. All candidates must be able to work independently as well as in a team, has a strong leadership, result and process oriented, a fast learner and able and willing to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling all kind of HR activities such as prepare and maintains company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems
2. Scheduled and reviewed training programs, develops job analysis on all grade levels
3. Supervise and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation
4. Handling employee administration process
5. Supervise all handling recruitment process, contract employee and all general affair and activities
