Compensation and Benefit Officer (Junior Manager Level)

Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for managing employee database and creating report to management

Requirements:
* Minimum S1 degree from reputable University, preferably in Computerize Accounting, Informatics System, or Information Technology, with GPA min 2.75
* Male / Female, maximum age 30 years old
* Experiences in HR area will be an advantage
* Proficient in MS. Excel Formula
* Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
* Having exceptional interpersonal, & communication
* Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
* Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
