Marine Operation / Administration Staff

QUALIFICATIONS :

* Age maximum 35 years old
* Minimum 2 (two) years experience, preferably in shipping company or shipyard
* Hold D3/S1 degree from Marine science or Transportation management
* Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Perform general administration for shipping matters such as: monitoring vessel schedule and documents related, monitoring discharging or loading process during in a port, monitor crewing (recruitment, documents expiry, on leave, ticket, accommodation etc), and purchasing all needs for the ship
* Pleasant personality, independent and able to perform multi tasking activities
* Detail oriented and able to deliver task on time
