Lowongan HRD Dan General Affair Manager

This position will be responsible to manage for the full spectrum of HR function including: recruiting, training & development, organization development, performance management, career development & succession planning, update structure and job descriptions review, developing HR system, compensation and benefits. The role includes developing and participating in continuous process improvement activities.

HRD & GA MANAGER

Requirements:

* Male/Female age between 35-45 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
* At least 5 – 7 years of all around HR & GA experience in managerial position with a reputable Industrial Company
* Experience in setting and developing HR function; especially Training & Development, performance management, condition career development & succession planning.
* Strong analytical and organizational skill
* Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
* Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active)
* Highly of committed, integrity and accountability
* Familiar with ISO 9001:2008
* Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Cikarang-Bekasi)
