Helpdesk (Site)
(Kalimantan Tengah)

Requirements:

* Bersedia ditempatkan di Job site (Kalimantan Tengah)
* Min D3 Teknik Komputer/Elektro/Informatik.
* Troubleshooting and solving problem skills .
* Memahami fungsi perangkat komunikasi data (VSAT, Modem, Router, HUB/Switch).
* Menguasai Sistem Operasi Windows/Linux Base Network Application
* Berorientasi pada user

IT Analyst
(Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Tengah)
 
Requirements:
* Pendidikan minimal D3 Informatika/D3 Ilmu Komputer
* Pengalaman minimal 3 – 5 tahun di bagian programming
* Memiliki kemampuan untuk menganalisis data, konsep dan metodologi pemograman
* Menguasasi bahasa pemrograman PHP
* Menguasai databasa Oracle dan MySQL
* Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke masing-masing site

HR & GA Site Officer
(Kalimantan Tengah – Borneo)

Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all recruitment activity, starting from analyze man power needs, job posting activity, selection and interview process, and psychological assessment reports.
* Manage and coordinate all training activity, starting from training needs assessment, design training curriculum, executing training program, and evaluate training effectiveness
* Manage and coordinate all performance management activity, starting from distributing performance appraisal form, analyze and report performance appraisal recapitulation
* Improve the effectiveness of HR Business Process by evaluate HR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to continuously improve HR Performance
* Assist HR Managers in all HR activity

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology.
* Minimum GPA are 2.75.
* Ready to be placed at company Job site in Borneo (KALIMANTAN TENGAH)
* High motivated person with strong adaptation skill.
* Analytical and detail person.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
