Executive Trainee Program (ETP)

ETP offers challenging pragram thet aims to develop future talented leaders in handling all management function, store activities and retail business area in order to ensure all customer satisfaction.

Specific Requirement
* Male / female, 21-25 years old\
* Minimum Bachelor Degree with any background, agriculture is preferable, with minmum GPA 2.90\
* 2 years experience in any position or fresh graduates from any background are welcome
* Having sense of Salesmanship
* Willing to be located everywhere in Indonesia

Supply Chain Position Replenishment Manager (REP)
Days supply optimization, replenishment parameter order setup, opportunity purchase, sales and operation coordinator

Stock Control Manager (STOCK)
As supplier service level improvement coordinator and logistic financial transaction coordinator

Supplier Logistics Negotiator (SUP)
Negotiate with supplier and make contract arrangement

Logistics Initiatives Manager (LOG)
As projects initiatives and continuous improvement for all logistic activities
Specific Requirement :

* Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome) or engineering / finance background with supply chain understanding /experience
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* A team player enthusiasm

General Qualifications :

* Fluency in English in a must\
* Initiative, pro active, had working and strong analytical thinking
* Eager to expand career in retail industries
* Self starter (initiative & follow through) with strong leadership and communication skills
