* Are expert in the training field such as training delivery, training evaluation, TNA and the design of training syllabus/curriculum, especially soft skills
* Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university (any major), min GPA of 3.00
* Have worked as a trainer for the past 2 years
* Believe in growing people as one of your passion
* Have a “can do” attitude
* Always want to strive for excellence, act professionally and deal with care
* Have no issues with traveling and love public speaking

And you are:

* Not older than 30 years old
* Energetic, extrovert and assertive
* Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
