Qualification
Responsibilities:
# Provide coaching and mentoring to Bank Staff in order to achieve sales target
# Maintain strong relationship with our Bank Partner
# Support and assist in sales activities and incentives programs

Requirements:
# Reside in Medan area
# Having at least a Bachelor Degree (any major)
# Having at least 3 years of sales management experience
# Outgoing, dependable and ambitious
# Strong inter-personal and communication skills
# Having a good presentation skill
# Having bank relationship manager experience is preferred, but not essential as full training is provided
