BAYAN RESOURCES GROUP, We are one of the biggest production coal mining company in Indonesia which in line with our expansion plans and commitment to grow, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber, creative, highly dedicated, and dynamic professional who will be based in our head office:
QSHE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management System Development Project at Coal Mine Site in the properway
2. To develop, coordinate and evaluate HSE training programs
3. Liaise with HSE to setting and conduct training programs and assesement
4. Conduct HSE audits & inspections; in incident investigation, analysis, & reporting process; providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, prsesentation, report writing)
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent and register as a Safety & Health Officer with Governmental Bodies is a value added
2. Well versed with HSE legislation as well as OHSAS 18001:2004 & ISO 14001:2000
3. At least 5 years of working experience in a Qulity Management System & HSE related role in mining industry
4. Familiar with HSE & Quality Management Systems include their implementation at an operational level
5. Good presentation skill, interpersonal skill and leadership skill
6. Fluent in English both oral and written
7. Willing to travel
8. Able to work a minimum supervision and under pressure
