General Cashier
(Location: Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Qualified candidate will be responsible for counting cash received daily after clearing from the safe, recording entries and balance daily transactions, issuing out payouts, reimbursements for expense claims and petty cash claims, preparing cash reimbursements to other cashiers
* Logging AP invoices and preparing/sending packages to the manager
* Keeping in balance all cash, checks and other instruments in the safe at all times.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be trustworthy and responsible at all times, details-oriented
* Have good communication and organizational skills
* Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Qualifications :
* Minimum of Bachelor Degree from Accounting or Finance (or Diploma with 2 years of working experience)
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
Work Experience :
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
