Customer Service & Front Desk, Location: World Trade Center Sudirman South Jakarta
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to Customer Service Manager
* Responsible for student and teacher’ scheduling
* Responsible for office correspondence such as: clients log and screening,document in and out
* Manage office facility
* Able to work in shift (morning and afternoon) and Saturday (per 2 weeks)
* Female
* Single
* Age 25 years old (max)
* Education background min D3
* Minimum 1 year working experience
* Good communication skills in English, Clear English accent
* Having self confidence and good personality
* Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Creative, Resourceful and Self starter
* Strong Teamwork
* Lives in Jakarta Selatan, or close to the office
